Western Dental Takes It to the Bank

Western Dental is the largest dental practice management company in the West, with over 200 offices. Western Dental partnered with Smartbridge to streamline their financial process and reduce manual errors, starting with simplifying their bank reconciliation process. Smartbridge implemented our standardized BAI bank file interface to load data from the bank and configured Oracle JD Edwards to automatically reconcile the bank transactions.

Western Dental successfully went live with the BAI bank interface and automated reconciliation process. The new process has resulted in significant time savings, reducing the time to reconcile bank transaction to just a few minutes each month.
