Global McDonald’s Distributor Goes Live on JD Edwards in Australia and New Zealand

A Smartbridge customer is a global distributor of food and non-food supplies to McDonald’s restaurants across North & South Americas, Europe, Asia and Middle-east. The company began expansion of the distributions operations in Australia and New Zealand and embarked on a project to establish necessary systems and processes to enable these operations.

Smartbridge worked closely with the project team to establish the Oracle JD Edwards technical configurations necessary to establish the standardized processes for these geographical operations. We deployed a team that leveraged our previous experience with JDE setup for distribution in other geographies to create the objects, configurations, processing options, menus and security to support the company’s operations in Australia and New Zealand.
