Our client provides specialty chemicals and laboratory services to production and midstream companies in the oil and gas industry. Founded in 2010 by an executive management team with a combined 150 years of experience, our client supports its customers from 12 strategic locations across the most active shale plays in the United States.
Key Challenges Faced
Our client’s JDE (JD Edwards EnterpriseOne) system was unstable due to improper configuration by a prior implementation vendor, and on-going support issues with their JDE hosting/support provider. They turned to Smartbridge to resolve key issues and provide much needed stability.
