RPA for Accounts Receivable Collections
Using JD Edwards Orchestrator
In the accounting world, chasing down past due balances from customers is a time consuming and frustrating task. In this video, we’ll demonstrate the implementation and use of RPA and JD Edwards Orchestrator for accounts receivable collections.
Automating Accounts Receivable Collections
The accounting department is a busy environment, and must run on all cylinders to operate efficiently. Unfortunately, chasing down past due balances from unpaid customers has been a mainstay in the accounting world, requiring hours of manpower to accomplish. Further, time constraints on accounting personnel may render these efforts useless, resulting in delinquent balances still not being paid off.
Through the integration of UiPath RPA and JD Edwards Orchestrator, this process can be fully automated from start to finish. Software bots can obtain the responsibility of notifying the past due customer via text message, email, and even phone call, freeing up hours of time for accounting personnel.
