In 2003, our Founder and CEO created Smartbridge after bringing a loved Texas restaurant brand into the modern IT era. Our boutique consultancy has since partnered with nearly two dozen multi-unit large restaurant brands – QSRs to full-service.

We partner with customers in their journey from IT vision to adoption, and across the plethora of technology options available today. Smartbridge’s comprehensive list of technology and software partnerships gives us the freedom to remain an objective collaborator with our customers. In 2019, KitchIntel quickly evolved from idea to proof-of-concept to active deployment. Our first KitchIntel client has vastly improved freshness, speediness and accountability of inventory at 130 locations (read that case study here). We’re excited to work side-by-side with them in 2020 to further evolve their configurations.
