Smartbridge Expands Both Offshore and Nearshore Capabilities

Smartbridge has expanded technical capabilities offshore, with increased JD Edwards technical development and CNC capacity. We additionally increased development expertise with various platforms such as Java, and .Net programming.

The Smartbridge offshore solution center located in Hyderabad, India provides our customers increased efficiency and lower cost. All combined with our onsite management and quality assurance to accelerate delivery of business critical solutions.

In combination with our extensive offshore capabilities, Smartbridge has implemented a nearshore solution center in Mexico City to provide JD Edwards functional support during US central time business hours. The Mexico City solution center has the ability to support JD Edwards Tier 1 and Tier 2 functional support needs for all modules, as well as remote project support and JDE localization support for Central and South America.

The increased offshore capabilities and nearshore solution center provide tremendous value, agility, and capability to our customers providing the global resources to execute faster, more efficiently, with reduced costs.
