These capabilities have been instrumental in enhancing Sales Cloud by providing valuable insights and automating recommendations for sales reps.

  • Generative AI: The latest addition, Einstein Copilot, marks Salesforce’s foray into generative AI. This tool provides a conversational interface allowing users to interact with their CRM data dynamically.
