Admin Training:

End User Training:

For our own internal Salesforce org, we created a custom Trailhead Trailmix that is shared only with Smartbridge staff. Our custom trailmix earns each user more points, and includes modules that are relevant to how we use our CRM. Examples of modules we included are Sales Cloud Basics, Accounts & Contacts, Leads & Opportunities, and Sales Cloud Einstein. At any time you can add more!

Some Salesforce apps, features and add-ons have higher learning curves than others. Here are just a few we’ve found that require more dedicated training.

CPQ Training:

Advanced Salesforce Training

Training Days:

• Salesforce Training Days: Training days, or Certification Days, hosted by Salesforce, became extremely popular during the pandemic. Sadly in 2024, they have opted to not schedule any further events of this kind, for the time being. Of course, they could come back! Keep an eye on this page, you may never know!

In-Person Training Options:

Unfortunately, we haven’t seen many reputable in-person training courses in recent years. At least not where we are looking! Your best bet is to go straight to the source. If you can afford it, attend Dreamforce and their dozens of workshops and training sessions.

For a more localized, affordable option, look out for the regional “Dreamin'” events, organized by Salesforce user groups. They sometimes offer pre-conference workshops and training as well. Here are a few: Texas Dreamin’ (in Austin), Mile High Dreamin’ (in Denver), Florida Dreamin’ (in Clearwater Beach), Tahoe Dreamin’, and many more!
