The Texas Department of Information Resources (Texas DIR) offers Software Products and Related Services to Texas governmental and public educational entities through DIR’s Cooperative (Co-op) Contracts program.
DIR Cooperative Contracts Program:
The Cooperative Contracts program allows customers to purchase items directly from a DIR-contracted vendor. Customers contact the vendor for product and pricing information and then send their purchase orders, with the DIR contract number, and payments directly to the vendor, not to DIR. This streamlines the order process so customers receive their products/services quickly.

Hyperscience and UiPath implementation services – initial system configuration/consultation for the deployment of Hyperscience and/or UiPath
Assistance through the entire AI life cycle, from design and development through deployment and continuous monitoring. From current state assessments to deployment and integration as well as human-machine teaming/training.
Strategic planning, process and architecture design, requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing/quality assurance, production migration, change management, and technology support for artificial intelligence, machine learning, natural language processing, and robotics process automation related efforts.
Customer guidance through the array of possible solutions where AI can be integrated and applied in existing and future processes.

Smartbridge shall provide software and services after receiving:
1) a contract/SOW signed by authorized representatives of both the customer and the vendor
2) a Purchase Order is provided by the customer (Resulting Purchase Order must reference DIR contract number DIR-TSO-4396 or DIR-CPO-5138)
Warranty and Returns
Smartbridge adheres to the software vendor’s published policies concerning product warranties and returns as established on the date of procurement of the product by DIR Customer. Smartbridge does not add any additional warranty or returns burden.
