One of Smartbridge’s customers, a global facilities services company, manages the facilities and associated infrastructure of its large commercial customers. They are facing increased demand for SLA performance reporting from their customers.
After establishing a multi-year “BI Strategy and Roadmap”, Smartbridge executed a pilot in which we designed and implemented a rich set of information dashboards to meet the SLA reporting demands of the company’s largest customers.
Smartbridge worked closely with the Operations and IT personnel to establish the analytical workflow and execute an iterative design verification process. We also developed a set of rich metrics dashboards that enable the analytical workflow envisioned by all stakeholders. The Work Order information – upon which several of the metrics are based – comes directly from the company’s JD Edwards ERP system.
