Status Report Dashboard

The Status Report Dashboard is included for every event or incident. From here, you can take a high-level glimpse at the status of all locations or resources you’re tracking. Ideal for the EOC or supervisors, the dashboard lets you drill down to further investigate the status of a particular entity.

Other reports and dashboards can be customized and designed to suit other needs, based on the data fields you have defined. For example, if you are monitoring the inventory of gasoline at each location, you can build a chart to reflect the current number of gallons reported.

Incident & Entity Templates

Use out-of-the-box or custom templates with pre-defined data fields relative to the type of event or entity. For example, hurricanes require a different response than active shooter emergencies. Incident templates are created in advance of an event and focus on specific information that is needed most at that moment. Don’t be bogged down by unnecessary data fields when timing is critical.

Your organization’s infrastructure can be organized by entity types. Meaning, buildings or structures would have a different set of data to collect than a resource like fire extinguishers, or your fleet vehicles. Don’t need every entity to show up during every event? Entities can lay dormant and be activated as needed.
