TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Through the RPA Quick Strike, the bot in scope will be low to medium complexity. The customer obtaining the Quick Strike Service Package will need to have a UiPath or Automation Anywhere RPA license already acquired. As a UiPath and Automation Anywhere Partner and Re-seller, this license can be acquired from Smartbridge. They would have already underwent RPA orientation, and is familiarized with the basic capabilities and benefits of RPA. The customer agrees to provision the infrastructure and service accounts required for RPA bots. The customer will also provision security access to a Smartbridge engineer required for the RPA implementation, as well as coordinate bot testing and validation.
