Smartbridge Expands Both Offshore and Nearshore Capabilities

The Smartbridge offshore solution center located in Hyderabad, India provides our customers increased efficiency and lower cost. All combined with our onsite management and quality assurance to accelerate delivery of business critical solutions.

In combination with our extensive offshore capabilities, Smartbridge has implemented a nearshore solution center in Mexico City to provide JD Edwards functional support during US central time business hours. The Mexico City solution center has the ability to support JD Edwards Tier 1 and Tier 2 functional support needs for all modules, as well as remote project support and JDE localization support for Central and South America.
